Real answers about working with Genova and what AI can actually do for your business — no fluff, no buzzwords.

Genova works across several disciplines depending on where a business needs to evolve. Our core service areas include:

  • AI Strategy & Consulting
Understanding where AI fits in your business and what's actually worth building.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation Pipelines
AI-assisted outreach systems that find and qualify leads without manual effort.
  • Website & Web Brand Presence Audits
Evaluating your digital presence from a conversion, credibility, and visibility standpoint.
  • SEO & GEO Optimization
Making your site discoverable by both search engines and AI assistants.
  • Centralized Data Architecture
Structuring your business data so AI systems can actually use it.
  • Internal Process Automation
Replacing repetitive manual workflows with systems that run themselves.
  • Agentic Workforce Builds
Deploying AI agents that handle ongoing operational tasks end-to-end.

That said, no two engagements look the same. Every business has a different starting point, different bottlenecks, and different goals. We don't arrive with a packaged solution — we start by learning how your business actually works, where the friction is, and what a win looks like for you. The recommendations come from that, not from a template.

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute strategy call. No pitch, no pressure — just a real conversation about your business, where you're feeling the friction, and whether Genova is the right fit. If it makes sense to move forward, we'll scope a clear first step together.

The Snapshot Audit is a fast, structured read of your digital presence — website quality and conversion, competitive positioning, AI and search visibility, and the highest-leverage moves available to you right now. You get a 1-page priority action brief: where you stand, where competitors have the edge, and what to do first.

It's designed to give you clarity before you commit to anything larger.

It depends on what we're building. A Snapshot Audit turns around in a few business days. A Full Audit + Mockup typically takes one to two weeks. Implementation and automation projects are scoped individually — some are a matter of weeks, others are ongoing. We'll give you a clear timeline before any work begins.

Yes. We're based in Denver, CO but work with businesses across the country. Most client engagements are fully remote — strategy calls, deliverable reviews, and implementation all happen without needing to be in the same room.

Primarily small and mid-sized businesses — typically owner-operated or lean teams where the owner is still close to the operations. These are the businesses where AI implementation has the most direct impact and where decisions can actually move fast.

Nothing formal. The more you can tell us about how your business currently operates — what your team's day looks like, where work gets stuck, what tools you're already using — the faster we can identify where AI can help. We handle the technical side. You just need to show up to the first call ready to talk about your business.

Genova is built on Claude — Anthropic's AI platform — across every layer of how we operate and deliver work.

  • Claude Chat
Used for strategy, research, client prep, and real-time problem solving. It's where complex thinking happens before a recommendation ever reaches a client.
  • Claude Code
Our agentic coding environment. It's how we build automations, custom tools, and the technical systems we deploy for clients. Claude Code doesn't just assist — it executes.
  • Claude Cowork
The multi-agent workforce that runs Genova's internal operations. Agents like Nexus (orchestration), Atlas (reporting), Scout (business development), and Aria (knowledge management) are all built and deployed inside Cowork. We don't just recommend agentic AI to clients — we operate on it ourselves.

While the systems we build for clients can integrate with other AI platforms — including ChatGPT, Gemini, and others — our internal recommendation for businesses looking to adopt an AI foundation is Claude. No other platform has matched it for reasoning quality, instruction-following, and the ability to run reliable multi-step agentic workflows. That's not a marketing position — it's what we've tested, what we trust, and what we've staked our own operations on.

Yes — and the window to get ahead of it is now. The tools have matured to a point where small businesses can implement real AI systems without enterprise-level budgets or technical teams. The businesses that figure this out in the next 12–18 months will have a meaningful structural advantage over competitors who wait.

AI tools are things you use manually — ChatGPT, Copilot, a writing assistant. You prompt them, they respond, and the output is only as good as the effort you put in. AI systems are built into your workflows — they run processes, move data, qualify leads, or generate outputs automatically without someone prompting them each time. Tools save minutes. Systems save hours and free up the need for additional headcount.

It varies widely depending on what you're building. Some automations can be stood up for a few hundred dollars a month in tooling costs. More complex agentic systems require more investment. The right starting point is always a discovery conversation — we need to understand your existing workflows, where the friction is, and what you're trying to accomplish before any solution or cost can be scoped accurately. That's why every engagement starts with a free strategy call, not a price list.

Some implementations show immediate results — automating a task that was eating 10 hours a week is measurable from day one. More strategic builds like lead generation pipelines or agentic workflows typically show traction within 30–90 days. We'll set clear expectations before any project kicks off.

No. The systems we build are designed to fit into how your team already works — not require them to learn a new discipline. In most cases, the people using the output never interact with the AI directly. And when there is a learning curve, we build in documentation and walkthroughs so your team can actually adopt what we build.

In most cases, no — it makes your team more effective. AI handles the repetitive, rules-based work so your people can focus on the judgment calls, relationships, and creative work that actually drive the business. The goal isn't a smaller team; it's a team that isn't spending their day on tasks a system could handle.
